- Experiencia en TPM (Mantenimiento Productivo Total)
Competencias Específicas :
- Experiencia en procesos de rolado (deseable en industria automotriz)
- Conocimientos en sistemas:
- Mecánicos
- Eléctricos
- Hidráulicos
- Neumáticos
- Diseño y fabricación de herramientas
- Control estadístico de procesos
- Aplicación de metodologías de solución de problemas (8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
Habilidades clave:
- Liderazgo y gestión de equipos
- Negociación y toma de decisiones
- Alta capacidad de análisis y síntesis
- Comunicación efectiva con cliente interno y externo
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA:
Ingeniería industrial, mecatrónica o a fin.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:
Experiencia comprobable de supervisor Sr. o jefaturas.
