HVAC Service Technician
Location: York / Emigsville, PA
Gohn & Stambaugh Inc. is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the York, PA market.

Compensation
- $34–$40/hour based on experience
- Additional SPIF and bonus opportunities
- Overtime available during peak seasons

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service and troubleshoot light commercial rooftop units up to approximately 20–25 tons
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, split systems, and rooftop units
- Communicate repair and replacement recommendations professionally
- Complete service documentation using company tablet systems
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow company service standards and safety procedures
- Participate in ongoing technical training programs

Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Residential HVAC diagnostic experience
- Light commercial HVAC experience preferred
- Experience servicing multiple manufacturers
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- EPA certification preferred
