We have an exciting Manager, Leadership and Corporate Learning opportunity to help drive the development and implementation of onboarding and core programming with our global corporate teams, and to support global leadership programming across field and corporate in partnership with the Talent, Learning and Culture Centre of Excellence team and the Corporate P&C Business Partner team. This role will drive the delivery and cadence of core learning across the corporate offices, including onboarding and the deployment of core programs, as well as support targeted learning in partnership with Corporate P&C Business Partners. They will also work with the Director, Leadership Development to build and execute programming that builds capability in our global leadership teams in both field and corporate. This role will drive critical programming in alignment with our culture and our commitment to an exceptional employee experience and in support of Four Seasons’ strategic business goals.
What You’ll be Doing:
Leadership Development Programming
- Supports the development and execution of leadership development programming across field and corporate, including identifying needs and co-creating solutions with P&C BPs across the organization.
- Manages vendor relationships related to leadership development, including supporting ongoing programming builds, driving contract completion, and supporting invoicing.
- In partnership with the Corporate P&C Business Partner team provides corporate insight and input to the Talent COE for the development of robust Talent solutions that meet the needs of corporate functions.
- Supports our coaching strategy execution, including documenting all coaching engagements and managing our roster of coaches as part of ongoing development of Corporate talent.
Corporate Learning and Development Programming
- Partners with global Talent, Learning & Culture COE and Corporate P&C Business Partner team to align corporate L&D programming to global L&D approach, ensuring quality and messaging is consistent across the brand, while flexible to address unique needs of the Corporate audience:
- Individual Development: Drives Corporate capability through the development of robust individual development plans, career paths, and programs in partnership with the Talent, Learning & Culture COE.
- Onboarding: Ensures the early engagement and cultural alignment of new employees through the development and implementation of onboarding programs in partnership with the Corporate P&C Business Partner team.
- Leadership Curriculum: Partners with Director, Leadership Development and Corporate P&C Business partners to deploy leadership development curriculum for Four Seasons at Corporate to ensure the building of leadership capability, business acumen, and growth mindset, through the unique lens of Four Seasons culture
- Team Building / Department Learning Solutions: Develops/sources and implements leadership, team, and individual development programs and solutions to address identified needs within Corporate departments
Projects
- Leads relevant projects and change management initiatives aligned with the learning and development strategies at Corporate.
- Leads other projects that support the evolution of the Four Seasons culture, employee engagement, the employee experience and the P&C Corporate function as required.
Who You Are:
- A learning and facilitation expert: has in-depth experience in implementing and facilitating learning programs in a complex organization.
- Experienced in learning programming design: has demonstrated excellent instructional design skills and can work effectively with vendors to create programs that meet targeted needs.
- Experienced in leadership development programming: has led or played a key role in the design, development, and execution of leadership programming in support of manager and above leaders.
- Culture champion: understands the business value of a highly engaged, employee culture, and can leverage employee culture to successfully drive project work and broad organizational change.
- Strategic with an ability to execute: easily navigates between the development of plans to address short-term tactical needs and longer-term strategic goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills: develops trusting relationships across all functions and levels; fosters strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborates effectively to achieve exceptional results.
- Project Management: effectively identifies desired outcomes, establishes plans and effectively engages resources and internal stakeholders to optimize project delivery.
- Proactive self-starter: delivers results while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment; resilient and can operate autonomously.
- Excellent communicator and influencer: highly skilled in all modes of communication; understands the value of diverse input and can effectively challenge partners and stakeholders to achieve improvement and change.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or HR preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in People & Culture with 3+ years' experience in a specialized, Learning and Development role; some previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills: employs both quantitative and qualitative insights to identify needs and recommends solutions in a complex, multicultural landscape with competing demands.
- Operational Excellence: demonstrates an appreciation for the delivery of high-quality output and the value of continuous improvement through problem solving, collaboration, teamwork and leadership.
- Program design and implementation: ability to source /design and implement world class programs to meet internal talent requirements and development needs.
- Experience working with executive coaches as well as with external assessments is preferred but not required.
Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 CAD + additional rewards as part of the total compensation package.
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
