Sales Support Analyst

At Essity, we are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our Sales Administration team. This role combines operational support responsibilities with Business Intelligence and data analytics capabilities, helping commercial teams make better business decisions through data, reporting, automation, and insights.

This position remains a key support role for the business, while also playing an important part in developing analytical solutions and continuously improving commercial reporting processes.

What You Will Do

• Provide operational support for commercial reporting and analytical solutions across the region.

• Manage the timely loading, validation, and reconciliation of commercial information during monthly closing cycles.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support business performance tracking and decision-making.

• Support the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions by translating business needs into analytical requirements.

• Create, structure, and manage databases to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

• Ensure data quality standards through audits, validations, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Generate ad-hoc reports, analyses, and visualizations to support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions.

• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities.

• Promote the effective use of BI tools and support stakeholders in leveraging data-driven insights.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar functions.

• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M).

• Experience working with ETL processes and data transformation concepts.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.

• Ability to communicate business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Intermediate English proficiency, mainly for understanding technical documentation and tools.
