Receiving Clerk

Receiving is a key part of our business. Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, a Receiving Clerk is responsible for unloading delivery truck, receive product into system, delivering production materials and supplies. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in materials.

What You Will Do:

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
• Receive product from vendors and unload trucks at the loading dock.
• Compare packing lists to purchase orders to ensure product matches
• Enter purchase orders into system, work with purchasing team on any issues

What You Need to Succeed:

• 6 months to 1-year material handling equipment experience in the last 3 years in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Operate equipment based on department requirements.
• In addition, you ideally bring outstanding organizational and communication skills, but if not, we will happily provide the training and support you need to be successful!
