MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Corporate experience (manufacturing/consumer/retail/e-commerce preferred)
• Hands-on experience in import–export operations or global supply chain finance and proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and MIS reporting
• Experience managing cost structures, P&L ownership, and cash flow for a physical product
brand/manufacturing business

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and execute the company’s long-term financial strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and cash-flow management.
• Manage working capital efficiently across manufacturing, logistics, and D2C operations.
• Own import–export compliance, documentation & financial regulations, including DGFT,
• customs, and duties.
• Supervise procurement payments, vendor financing, inventory costing, landed cost calculations, and pricing strategy.
• Implement internal controls, risk management, and cost-optimization frameworks.
• Support fundraising, banking relationships, investor reporting, and audits.
• Ensure compliance across direct & indirect taxes (GST, TDS, income tax), corporate law, and
• statutory filings.
