KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Financial Reporting & ControlPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for each active entityConsolidate group financials across all nine jurisdictions; produce board-level packs for the MDMaintain accurate books of account in compliance with local GAAP / IFRS as applicableManage intercompany reconciliation and elimination entriesOwn the group compliance tracker and month-end close calendar2. Statutory Compliance & TaxEnsure timely filing of statutory returns — VAT/GST, corporate tax, payroll taxes — across active jurisdictions (UK, Germany, Singapore, UAE)Liaise with local accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in each countryManage UK VAT returns (MTD-compliant) and HMRC correspondenceMaintain German UStG and HGB compliance in coordination with the local SteuerberaterSupport all statutory audits and annual accounts preparationDevelop and maintain transfer pricing documentation across the group3. Treasury & Cash ManagementMonitor multi-currency cash positions and intercompany funding flowsManage FX exposure and optimise cross-border transfersOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the full invoice lifecycleTrack GRN / PO matching and supplier payment cycles, including SAP Ariba workflows with key clients4. Commercial & Business PartneringAct as Finance lead for major client contracts (Infosys, Wipro, and others) — billing, milestone tracking, PO utilisationProduce rate card costings and pricing models for new business proposalsBuild and enforce internal financial controls and written SOPsCoordinate payroll across active jurisdictions with local payroll providers REQUIREMENTSQualifications & ExperienceChartered Accountant (ICAI) or equivalent (ACCA / CPA) — CA strongly preferred6–10 years of post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a multi-entity or international finance rolePrior exposure to UK and/or EU entities (VAT, payroll, statutory accounts) is a significant advantageTechnical SkillsProficiency in at least one accounting platform — Xero, QuickBooks, Tally, or SAPAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliationFamiliarity with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba is a plusWorking knowledge of UK Companies House filings, HMRC MTD, and PAYEJurisdictional Knowledge (Desirable)UK: VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, Companies HouseGermany: UStG (VAT), Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB), KörperschaftsteuerSingapore: GST, ACRA filings, IRAS corporate taxUAE: Corporate Tax (effective June 2023), VAT, FTA complianceSoft SkillsStrong written and spoken English — able to produce crisp, senior-level financial summariesSelf-starter; comfortable operating independently across time zones in a lean teamDetail-oriented with a strong controls mindset, and able to communicate findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders
