- Maintain portfolio-level visibility across Jira, ensuring portfolio dashboards are accurate, initiative statuses are current, and all records reflect actual delivery states.
- Maintain the portfolio health scorecard, tracking delivery, governance, and KPI health signals for use in portfolio ceremonies and leadership meetings.
- Coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies with peer Flow Masters and escalate unresolved conflicts to the Delivery Manager or Portfolio Owner as appropriate.
- Maintain the portfolio exception log, documenting date change logs, intake bypass attempts, material scope changes, priority overrides, and emergency requests with clear resolution tracking.
- Support quarterly portfolio planning activities, including capacity planning, objective setting, and backlog review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- CSM or PMI-ACP certification, preferred.
