Role overview:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. The role supports suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient and effective AP operations.
What you will do:
Process and validate supplier invoices in Workday.
Ensure invoices are coded and approved correctly.
Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and supplier account discrepancies.
Prepare and support payment runs.
Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
Support month-end closing activities and AP reporting.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit requirements.
Contribute to process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
Who you are:
Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting.
Understanding of invoice processing and payment workflows.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday experience is an advantage).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English.
