Description

Greenergy delivers safe, efficient and reliable fuel solutions to customers across road, aviation and marine sectors. As an international transportation fuel supplier, we combine traditional and renewable energy solutions to support our customers through the energy transition.

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who can influence senior leaders and connect people priorities directly to business performance?

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused HR Business Partner to support our Corporate and Commercial functions. Working closely with senior leaders, the Head of HR and HR Director, you’ll translate business priorities into people plans that strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and employee engagement.

You’ll lead organisational design, strategic workforce planning, talent and succession activity, organisational change and complex, business-critical employee relations matters. You’ll also contribute to wider HR projects and transformation programmes that support Greenergy’s long-term objectives.

This role would suit an established HR Business Partner with strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to coach and constructively challenge senior leaders. You'll be based in our London office four days per week, with occasional travel to other Greenergy sites and business locations.

This is one of three newly created HR Business Partner opportunities within our evolving People team. We are also recruiting HR Business Partners to support our Assets & Infrastructure and Finance & IT functions. Please review all three vacancies and apply for the role that most closely matches your experience and preferred location.
