HR Business Partner

To further strengthen our organisation and our staff, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong business acumen and a genuine passion for people and organisational development. Your role As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for one or more departments and divisions. You will quickly be familiar with their contexts, understand their challenges and objectives, and translate these into well-thought-out and workable HR solutions. You will build a strong partnership with managers and staff and act as their point of contact for HR-related questions. You will advise and support managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues, focusing on performance, development and collaboration. You ensure that HR processes and practices are applied consistently and meticulously within your units, so that they deliver tangible added value for both the business and the employees. You take the initiative within your own area of expertise, lead projects, and actively contribute to broader HR initiatives.
