Job Description
An opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) Administrative team in London, providing dedicated Expense support to bankers across GCIB and the Regions, while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures, acting as a key point of contact for expense-related queries.
Responsibilities
Manage expense processing through the Concur system.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the Bank’s policies and procedures
Provide primary Concur support to A&A teams within GCIB
Offer ad hoc coverage for senior bankers as required for Concur Expenses
Provide ad hoc support across overseas regions when necessary for Concur Expenses
Liaise closely with Assistants to resolve queries relating to A&A/Senior banker travel and approvals and queries with expenses
Proactively identify and escalate any out-of-policy expenses to the Business Manager

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work overtime or outside standard hours when required
Demonstrates a mature, calm, and consistently professional manner
High level of accuracy and strong numerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels internally and externally
