Customer Service - Sr Associate

What will you do?

• Manage routine as well as moderately complex merchant onboarding and account maintenance work.
• Review account discrepancies, rejected requests, and processing exceptions to identify the next steps.
• Research issues across multiple systems and determine the most appropriate resolution path.
• Validate system information and supporting documentation to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Resolve operational concerns independently and work with internal partners when support is needed.
• Support quality checks and help identify recurring issues that may impact process performance.
• Assist with onboarding new associates by sharing process knowledge and day-to-day guidance.
   

What will you need to know?

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in merchant acquiring, payment operations, banking operations, or a related financial services role.
• Working knowledge of merchant onboarding, account maintenance, payment processing, and acquiring operations.
• Experience using CRM applications, workflow tools, and operational platforms.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle moderately complex transactions and operational issues with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply policies, procedures, and operational guidelines accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet service level commitments in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Shift Timings: should be flexible to work any of the below shifts including the general 9:30 AM IST shift.
