Commercial Litigation Associate with Florida Bar License | Orlando, FL
A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm in Orlando, Florida is hiring a Commercial Litigation Associate. This is a full time on site role for an attorney who is already licensed in Florida and ready to handle complex commercial disputes from day one.

What you will be doing:
- Managing commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and legal memoranda
- Conducting legal research and developing case strategy
- Appearing in Florida state and federal courts for hearings, depositions and mediations
- Managing discovery including document review and witness preparation
- Preparing cases for mediation, arbitration and trial
What you need to bring:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- One to three years of commercial litigation experience in Florida state and federal courts
