Commercial Litigation Associate | St. Petersburg, Florida | $80,000–$95,000/year

What you’ll do:
• Manage and support a diverse commercial litigation caseload
• Research complex legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation management
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and develop litigation strategies
• Manage your caseload while meeting litigation deadlines and billable requirements
What you bring:
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 1–6 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules of procedure
• Comfortable handling depositions and court appearances appropriate to your experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff while maintaining confidentiality
• 2026 law school graduates who have taken the 2026 Florida Bar exam will also be considered
This is an in-person position in St. Petersburg, Florida, with occasional flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week.
