Job Description
Lead the design and delivery of intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences.Translate business strategy, customer insights, and UX principles into high-quality user interfaces.
Ensure digital experiences are consistent, usable, and aligned to customer needs and CX outcomes.
Core Requirements
UX/UI Design Leadership: Oversee design assets, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Customer-Centric Design & Research: Apply research and customer insights to inform solutions.
Digital Product Delivery: Translate concepts into user flows, prototypes, and interface designs.
Design Governance: Maintain standards, accessibility and brand alignment across platforms.
Performance Optimisation: Monitor UX performance metrics and continuously improve experiences.
Team Leadership: Mentor designers and embed design thinking practices across teams.
Experience & Skills
Minimum relevant experience of 5 years
Proven UX/UI design experience in digital or CX environments.
Experience leading design teams or delivery streams.
Strong capability in prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability.
Leadership Profile
Acts as design authority across customer experience initiatives.
Balances customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Drives consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
Translates CX strategy into tangible, executable experiences.
Positioning
Owns how digital experiences look and feel across customer touchpoints.
Reduces risk of poor adoption and customer frustration.
Ensures CX strategy is effectively realised through design.
