Job Title: Project Engineer – HVAC (Chiller Projects)
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer – HVAC with strong experience in Chiller Project Execution and Project Management. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of HVAC/chiller projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and coordination with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage execution of HVAC projects with a focus on Chillers, Cooling Systems, and related HVAC infrastructure.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities from kickoff to final handover.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Ensure project completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Track project progress and prepare MIS/project status reports.
- Manage site resources, subcontractors, and material requirements.
- Ensure adherence to EHS and company compliance standards.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in HVAC Project Execution.
- Mandatory experience in Chiller Projects (Air-Cooled / Water-Cooled Chillers).
- Proven experience in Project Management, Site Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, piping, cooling towers, AHUs, and control systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling large industrial, commercial, refinery, petrochemical, data center, or manufacturing projects.
- Exposure to EPC/project delivery environments.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
