THE TEAM
The mission of the Labour & Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Labour & Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for planning and scheduling talent to match business needs and to support an incredible employee and client experience. As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing employee schedules for Stores to support the success and growth of our Retail business while minimizing labour wastage. THE ROLE
As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Workforce Planning you will:
- Accurately project volume and determine labour requirements
- Prepare, build, and publish optimized schedules
- Support the business with live week schedule changes
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Analyst/Analyst, Workforce Planning has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Excel
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
