Personal Care Assistant

Looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a home setting? Sharp Home Care is currently hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support seniors and adults living throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

Our caregivers work directly with clients in their homes, delivering compassionate, non-medical assistance that promotes comfort, safety, and independence. Client schedules vary according to care needs and caregiver availability, with assignments offered during morning, afternoon, and weekend hours.

Pay

$16.70–$18.50 per hour, depending on the assigned client.

Immediate Openings

We're currently looking for Personal Care Assistants who are willing to accept PRN assignments, open shifts, morning shifts, overnight shifts, and weekend coverage as client needs arise. We also encourage applicants who are interested in growing into full-time schedules as long-term client assignments become available.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
• Provide companionship and positive social interaction
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment
• Follow individualized care plans while completing required documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, or a related field preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
