Are you a good match?

You have a bachelor’s degree or above.

You have experience in demand planning & supply chain management.

You have advanced skills in SAP, MS Office, BI, Anaplan, and adaptability to various systems.

You have analytical thinking, problem-solving, Adaptability & Change Agility with Open mind.

You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

What are we expecting from you?

• Demand & Supply Planning: You will execute demand forecasting for product categories and POSM by collecting and analyzing various data, including market trends, activities, commercial plans, and economic indicators. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and share market insights. You will implement and execute demand forecasting and management strategies for novelty launches and conduct forecast analysis and improvement initiatives.

• Stock Operations & Management: You will manage appropriate inventory levels and stock management policies and monitor stock health and implement strategies for stock optimization. You will coordinate business processes related to the import & export and ensure smooth inventory inbound and outbound with the logistics team. You will analyze the efficiency of stock-related business processes and propose improvement plans.

• Performance Management & Reporting: You will perform regularly monitor, and report on KPIs and identify stock-related opportunities and risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Collaboration & Communication: You will communicate market opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
