Founded in 2019, Rock Bund Capital is a proprietary trading firm deeply committed to shaping the future of the cryptocurrency industry. We have an average daily trading volume reaching $1 billion and peak daily trading volume of $9 billion USD. We process over 15 million transactions daily, trading more than 1,000 symbols across major CEx and DEx.
Our teams bridge traditional finance, quantitative research, and high-performance engineering with native blockchain expertise. Having mastered volatile digital asset markets, we now leverage this technical and market expertise to drive our expansion into Traditional Finance.
What You Will Do

Exchange Relationship & Operations: Support day-to-day coordination with crypto exchanges, including account management, operational requests, and issue resolution.

Exchange Products & Programs: Monitor changes in exchange products, trading rules, fee structures, VIP/MM programs, incentives, and other relevant policies.

Trading Team Support: Work closely with traders and PMs to understand trading requirements, communicate with exchanges, and evaluate how exchange rule or product changes may impact trading strategies.

Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between exchanges, internal trading teams, and BD to ensure timely resolution of operational matters.

Progress Tracking: Track ongoing exchange-related requests and projects, proactively follow up on pending items, and escalate potential issues when necessary.

Research & Analysis: Conduct research on crypto exchanges, trading products, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Who You Are

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and financial markets, with a willingness to learn exchange products and trading mechanisms.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, comfortable communicating with external exchange partners, traders, and portfolio managers.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Product Management, or related fields is a plus.

Familiarity with crypto exchange products (Spot, Futures, Options), trading fees, and market-making programs is an advantage.
