Performance & Growth Manager

Are you passionate about scaling growth and leveraging cutting-edge strategies across dynamic European markets? We are looking for an ambitious Performance & Growth Manager to serve as the key driver of our expansion across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Romania.

Working directly as the right hand to our Head of Growth & Marketing CEE, you will integrate paid media, CRM, content, and influencer marketing into one cohesive growth machine. While our performance agency executes daily campaigns, you will take full ownership of strategic direction, cross-channel performance, and KPI delivery.

What will you do?

• Agency Management
  Lead day-to-day operations with our performance agency—handling briefs, weekly reviews, follow-ups, and constructively challenging results when metrics deviate.

• KPI Tracking & Analytics
  Monitor and report critical growth metrics (revenue per market, new customer acquisition, CAC, PNO, CLTV) and articulate the strategic insights behind the data.

• Budget Optimization
  Maintain optimal budget pacing across regional markets and channels, proactively identifying opportunities to scale high-performing initiatives or trim inefficiency.

• Campaign Strategy & Alignment
  Own the regional promotional calendar—from localized launches to flagship events like Hydration Season and Black Friday—ensuring cross-functional alignment across agency, content, CRM, and influencer teams.

• Experimentation
  Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B testing frameworks for target audiences, ad creatives, and landing pages alongside our agency partner.

• AI & Workflow Automation
  Identify workflow bottlenecks and leverage AI tools or custom scripts to build automated internal solutions, empowering the team to focus on high-impact strategic tasks.

What do you need to have?

• 3–5 years of proven performance marketing experience within an agency or in-house environment (E-commerce / D2C experience is a major plus).

• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads (TikTok Ads experience is a plus) to effectively audit agency work.

• Deep understanding of key metrics including CAC, contribution margin, and attribution models.

• Data proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) alongside Google Sheets or Excel.

• AI Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity about AI and process automation, with experience or strong interest in applying modern tech to elevate daily workflows.

• Organization Skills: Ability to manage complex, multi-market campaigns and cross-functional teams seamlessly.

• Languages: Proficient Czech is a must. Advanced/fluent English required. Knowledge of Slovak, Polish, or Hungarian is a beneficial plus.

• Ownership Mentality: Proactive self-starter who takes accountability and drives initiatives to completion.

• Problem Solver: Confident in making sound, autonomous decisions in dynamic environments without needing a rigid playbook.
