We are where the future begins - Global Clearance Solutions (GCS) is a Switzerland-based provider of integrated technological and operational solutions for explosive threat mitigation. Founded in 2015, the company develops and deploys mission ready systems while delivering end to end clearance services for landmines, ERW and IEDs across humanitarian, military and commercial sectors. With German engineering, a multinational expert team and operations in more than 30 countries, GCS reduces explosive risks, restores safe land usage and enables secure movement as a full‑solution provider.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical point of contact for customers in the NGO, government, defence and industrial sectors, as well as internal departments
• Coordination and follow-up of technical enquiries, complaints, and warranty and guarantee claims
• Planning, coordination and supervision of factory repairs, maintenance work and technical modifications to our systems
• Preparation of service reports, technical documentation and customer documentation
• Maintenance of machine, service and technical master data
• Acting as the interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, experience in technical support, service or maintenance
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Team player with initiative and a strong customer focus
