The AV & Event Production Engineer is responsible for end-to-end planning, preparation, technical delivery, and on-site coordination for the bank’s enterprise town halls, executive broadcasts, large meetings, and special events. The role combines hands-on audiovisual expertise with strong event production, presenter support, and audience engagement skills to deliver professional, reliable, and inclusive experiences.
Working closely with event owners, executives, speakers, Technology Workplace Services, Communications, Facilities, and external vendors, the engineer ensures that every event is rehearsed, technically validated, actively managed, and closed out with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
