About the Role
Technology leadership. Business transformation. Marketplace scale.Experiences is a key part of Moonpig Group, connecting customers with thousands of memorable experiences through Buyagift, Red Letter Days and a network of trusted merchant and retail partners.
We're looking for a Director of Technology to lead the next phase of our technology evolution. This isn't simply about running an existing technology organisation—it's about defining what our technology landscape needs to become.
Reporting to the Group Chief Product & Technology Officer and partnering closely with the General Manager, Experiences, you'll shape the technology strategy, architecture and data capabilities that underpin the future of the Experiences business. From reviewing our partner-side platform to determining where modernisation or replatforming will create the greatest value, you'll influence technology decisions that deliver meaningful commercial and customer outcomes.
You'll provide leadership across Engineering, Data and Product, developing high-performing teams while ensuring technology investments support long-term business growth.
