Description

Digital and Technology Early Careers Program

The Digital and Technology Early Careers Program is a full-time, two-year accelerated development program for early-career professionals interested in building the technical, product, data, design, and business capabilities needed to succeed in an increasingly AI-native digital organization.

Rotations are intentionally structured to provide exposure to enterprise-scale technology, applied artificial intelligence, real-world business challenges, and cross-functional collaboration. Through these experiences, associates will build the capabilities needed to pursue long-term career opportunities within Pfizer's Digital organization.

The program is designed to develop AI-native talent who can combine strong foundational knowledge with applied experience. Associates will learn to use artificial intelligence, data, digital products, and modern technologies responsibly to solve problems, improve user experiences, and create measurable value for patients, customers, and colleagues.

As participants in an accelerated development program, associates are expected to build in-demand technical and professional capabilities while contributing to work that supports Pfizer's purpose: breakthroughs that change patients' lives.

Start Date: July 2027

Why Patients Need You

As a digitally enabled biopharmaceutical company, Pfizer uses digital technology, data, and artificial intelligence across research, development, manufacturing, commercial operations, and patient and customer engagement.
