Requirements
- Coordinate CNC machining operations to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Lead, train, and mentor CNC operators to ensure efficient and safe work practices
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to set up CNC machines accurately
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine settings, and maintenance records
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC operator, programmer, or technician, with leadership responsibilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming languages
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant technical certifications or training in CNC machining or manufacturing technology
