You will lead cross-functional project teams comprising client leadership, system integrators, partners, and o9 experts to deliver exceptional business value. As the primary delivery lead, you will manage executive client relationships, navigate complex scope trade-offs, drive program profitability, and expand o9’s footprint across enterprise accounts.

- Manage scope and deliver strategic trade-off recommendations balancing timeline, budget, and business impact.
- Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks tied to scope, user adoption, integration, and business value realization.
- Lead project escalations with urgency, clarity, and effective resolution strategies.
- Oversee all financial aspects of client engagements, including P&L management, budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue recognition, and timely invoice approvals.
