Join a Growing Healthcare Team
CE Medical Group is looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is managing and growing the social media presence for Sound Pain Alliance, a network of 14 pain management clinics and two surgery centers, as well as CE Medical Group.

You'll own the day-to-day social media work: planning, creating, publishing, engaging, and using data to decide what comes next. Working closely with the Marketing Director, CEO, physician owners, and clinic leadership, you'll help turn our clinics' stories, providers, and community involvement into content that builds trust with patients. You'll also support broader marketing projects across CE Medical Group and its affiliated organizations as needed.

What You'll Do

Social Media (Primary Focus)

• Manage social media accounts for Sound Pain Alliance and CE Medical Group across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar that supports business goals, clinic openings, provider introductions, events, and campaigns

• Create engaging content, including graphics, short-form video, photos, and captions, using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe

• Capture content on-site at clinic locations, events, and community activities

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional, and privacy-conscious way

• Track performance using platform analytics and Meta Business Suite, and use the results to guide content decisions

• Prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and results for leadership

• Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices in healthcare marketing

• Support paid social campaigns and boosted posts as needed

Additional Marketing Support

• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables

• Assist with website updates, email communications, and marketing materials

• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all clinic locations

• Support community outreach, events, and employee engagement initiatives

• Assist with special projects for CE Medical Group and its affiliated organizations

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally managing accounts for a business or brand

• A portfolio or examples of social media content you've created and accounts you've managed

• Experience using analytics to measure performance and guide content decisions

• Skill creating content, especially short-form video, with tools like Canva, CapCut, or the Adobe suite

• Experience with Meta Business Suite/Business Manager preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong writing skills and a good eye for design and brand consistency

• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities

• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with leadership and clinic teams

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

• Healthcare or medical office experience, including an understanding of patient privacy (HIPAA), is a plus
