The Opportunity
Join our team as an Automation Developer, where you will play a key role in driving digital transformation by designing and delivering automation solutions that streamline business operations, improve productivity, and reduce manual effort. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple technologies, including VBA, Python, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and SAP, to develop scalable solutions that enable smarter and more efficient ways of working.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions that create measurable business value. From workflow automation and reporting enhancements to system integrations and data processing solutions, you will contribute to initiatives that support continuous improvement across Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other business functions.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes.
- Design and implement workflow automations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across business functions.
- Create data processing, reporting, and analytics solutions that support informed business decision-making.
- Integrate enterprise systems, databases, Microsoft 365 applications, and business platforms to enable seamless data flow and automation.
- Automate processes involving SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, and other critical business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing automation tools to improve reliability and performance.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and validation activities to ensure data quality and business process effectiveness.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support solution adoption and sustainability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to eliminate manual work and enhance operational efficiency.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience developing automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process optimization, and business application integration.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, validation, and automation-driven process improvements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, or enterprise business process automation projects is considered an advantage.
