Google Ads Specialist (eCommerce)

We are Folqs, a fast-growing DTC supplement brand specializing in premium health and wellness products across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of scaling our core Google Ads ecosystem - including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max - while expanding our cold-traffic acquisition on YouTube. You will work closely with our marketing team to test angles, optimize funnels, and scale profitable ad spend.

This role goes far beyond simple set-and-forget campaign management. Primary focus is placed on driving core Google Ads performance, with YouTube Ads serving as our critical secondary scaling engine. If you specialize in high-scale Google Ads, DR video funnels, VSL testing, and landing page optimization, this role is built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive full-funnel Google ads (#1 priority): Architect, manage, and optimize high-converting Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen, maintaining strict brand defense and retargeting logic.
• Scale YouTube video campaigns: Build and scale cold-traffic YouTube campaigns using VSLs - optimizing campaign structure, placement strategy, creative hooks, and view-through vs. click attribution.
• Optimize Merchant Center & tracking: Oversee Google Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance, and server-side/conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, and multi-touch attribution tools).
• Collaborate on creative strategy: Brief and collaborate with copywriters and video editors on high-performing ad copy, fresh VSL concepts, visual hooks, script angles, and landing page messaging.
• Test & analyze continuously: Execute systematic A/B tests across keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, video angles, and landing page flows. Monitor CAC, ROAS, and overall spend efficiency daily.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience with Google ads in eCommerce.
• Proven track record managing $50k+/month in profitable ad spend across Google Ads.
• Google Ads & GMC mastery: Deep expertise with Performance Max, Google Shopping, keyword strategy, and Merchant Center feed management.
• Strong YouTube Ads capability: Solid hands-on experience running cold traffic on YouTube using VSLs and long-form video creatives.
• Funnel & DR expertise: Strong working knowledge of VSLs, long-form landing pages, quiz funnels, and direct-to-checkout flows.
• Time zone overlap: Minimum 6-hour daily overlap with US Eastern Time (10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET).
• Language skills: Proficient in English (written and verbal) for clear team collaboration.
• AI & data fluency: Daily use of AI tools for research, ideation, and rapid workflow execution, combined with strong data analysis capabilities.

BONUS POINTS

• Experience navigating policy restrictions in the supplement, health, or beauty niches.
• Hands-on experience with attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.).
• Experience with native ads.
• Proven experience scaling DTC brands from six to seven figures per month.
