# Controller, CPA | Metro Atlanta, GA **$165,000–$200,000 + Bonus | Excellent Benefits & PTO** We are seeking an experienced **Controller with an active CPA license** to join a growing organization in Metro Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and leading a strong accounting team while reporting directly to the CFO. ### Key Qualifications - **Active CPA license required.** - **10+ years of progressive accounting experience**, including leadership responsibilities. - **Strong month-end close experience**, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP. - **Large ERP system experience** with the ability to improve accounting processes and efficiencies. - Proven ability to **lead, train, mentor, and develop accounting staff**. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ### Position Highlights - Lead a small accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations. - Own the month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. - Report directly to the CFO and serve as a key member of the finance leadership team. - Improve internal controls, processes, and accounting efficiencies. - Develop and mentor staff while building a collaborative, high-performing team. **Location:** Metro Atlanta, Georgia **Compensation:** $165,000–$200,000 base salary plus bonus, excellent benefits, and generous PTO. **Apply now to be considered for this outstanding Controller opportunity!**
