  • Optimize content for each platform to maximize audience reach, engagement, and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase fan engagement, drive viewership, and support revenue-generating initiatives through digital content.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and audience experience across all digital channels.

Social Media Management

  • Lead the day-to-day management and growth of PRCA's social media presence.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
  • Manage sponsor-related social media deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, contests, and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns, audience targeting strategies, and content boosting efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to continuously enhance content performance.

Content Production & Creative Development

  • Partner with internal teams to develop innovative, engaging, and original content that drives fan engagement and demand for rodeo content.
  • Create, produce, shoot, and edit video content for social media, websites, digital publications, and other marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with sponsors, partners, rodeos, and media organizations to provide promotional assets supporting live events, ticket sales campaigns, and other initiatives.
  • Moderate user-generated content and actively engage with fans and followers in a timely, professional manner.
  • Travel to select rodeos and events to capture live content, conduct athlete and member interviews, and produce real-time storytelling.
  • Collaborate with PRCA stakeholders, athletes, sponsors, and content teams to develop custom content that authentically integrates partner messaging.
  • Identify emerging storytelling opportunities and proactively create content that supports audience engagement, brand awareness, partner objectives, and revenue growth.
