Role Overview Austell Pharmaceuticals is looking for a driven Business Process Engineer to join our team and help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and execute cross-functional projects
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive Kaizen improvements
• Analyse data to generate actionable insights
• Build dashboards and performance reports
• Collaborate with BI teams to enable data-driven decisions
• Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives
Minimum Requirements Education • BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) – mandatory
Experience • 3–5 years' relevant experience. • Exposure to Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar advantageous. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen and project management principles.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and process optimisation
• Lean/Kaizen knowledge with a continuous improvement mindset
• Basic project management and data-driven decision-making
• MS Office proficiency; Power BI/SQL/Python advantageous
