Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, build, and optimisation of visually engaging, high-performing email campaigns across marketing newsletters, sales sequences, lead nurture journeys, and operational email communications.
- Design professional, compelling email designs and content that are visually polished, on-brand, and optimised for engagement.
- Write and refine engaging email copy to drive customer engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
- Ensure all email communications are visually consistent, proof-read, and aligned to ParentPay Group brand and value proposition.
- Plan, build, and continuously optimise best-practice email automation workflows in ClickDimensions to support nurture journeys, sales sequencing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Act as the central point of contact for email communications, working cross-functionally with data, web, creative, and other teams to coordinate activity effectively.
- Oversee the planning and orchestration of marketing, operational, and transactional email communications to ensure consistency in timing, brand, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Build well-optimised web forms, ensuring seamless setup, effective data capture, and CRM integration.
- Analyse and report on email and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and support a team of two, providing clear direction, prioritisation, coaching, and day-to-day oversight.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Proven experience in a CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation role within a B2B environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ClickDimensions and MS Dynamics, including email campaigns, sales sequences, lead nurture flows, and web forms.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practice, including segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, and performance optimisation.
- Experience building web forms and CRM integrations to support accurate data capture and seamless data flow.
- Strong ability to create visually engaging, professional emails and email assets, with an excellent eye for layout, design, and brand consistency.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator; a portfolio of email work will be required.
- Confident email copywriter, able to produce engaging, high-quality content.
- Experience owning and coordinating a high volume of email communications, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deliver at pace, and maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience reporting on email and campaign performance and using insights to improve results.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members, with the ability to provide clear direction and support.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and error-free delivery.
