Description
OVERVIEW
General Office administration duties in the Field Human Resources department. Position assists other Human Resource Representatives in daily tasks of answering employee service questions; routing documents to appropriate areas of responsibilities; facilitating document flow.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Immediate Supervision: HR5 or HR6, and directly assists HR2, HR3, and HR4.
Workers Supervised: None
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent. Administrative skills and computer training.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREINCE
Knowledge of computer software, high volume telephone, email, voice mails, and filing. Professional customer service attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work entails daily and relatively prolonged use of a VDT, movements (bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, climbing) to gain access to files and forms, and occasional lifting (50 lbs max). Work requires the ability to hear normal conversation, see near objects, and speak clearly.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works primarily in a heated and air-conditioned office environment. Occasional visits to construction job sites within operating plants are required. Exposure to adverse weather conditions and loud noise exist.
