Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Good to have skills : SAP MM Materials Management, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business units is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across the enterprise. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving business landscapes and translating them into actionable process improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business processes with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster consensus among diverse groups.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Expertise with SAP MM Materials Management, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) or One of the SAP
functional modules.
- Delivery experience with Energy Industry programs SI & AMS.
- Strong capability in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory and compliance standards related to oil and gas downstream operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru or Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
