## Tasks

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software interfaces that align with the company's mission and values.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience of our software products.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance the usability and aesthetics of our products.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
