Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define target audience and success metrics with key stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder interviews and questionnaires to gather feedback
- Analyze data points and evaluate heuristics for actionable insights
- Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and identify assumptions
- Guide the team to identify personas and map as-is and to-be user journeys
- Facilitate information architecture creation using tools such as card-sorting and tree-testing
- Conduct benchmark analysis of relevant websites
- Perform usability tests to validate user behaviour and assumptions
- Create wireframes and user flows based on discovery findings
- Ensure alignment of designs to relevant design kits and WOG standards
- Refine designs based on validated results and stakeholder feedback
- Work with stakeholders to ensure designs can be implemented on Optical
- Provide and hand over high-fidelity prototypes for both desktop and mobile to the implementation team
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GovTech's Optical platform would be an added advantage, although it is not mandatory.
