Work Schedule:

• Full-time - 5-day work week
• Sundays off + 1 rotating day off during the week

What We're Looking For

This role is focused on inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet dealership and manufacturer standards before being offered for sale.

• 1+ year of automotive technician experience preferred
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $18.42 - $62.45. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
