More about this role

1. KOL & Social Media Support

• Support the execution of SO plan with 20–50 KOLs
• Develop and coordinate content for KOL campaigns

2. Mooncake Fair & Activation Support

• Assist in planning and executing MC fair and activation events across 20 provinces

3. Community Management

• Collaborate with agency to manage all inquiries, orders, and comments from social media fan pages
• Handle and maintain Zalo OA and TikTok accounts (Kinh Đô brand)

4. Design & POSM

• Adapt POSM for channels
• Support B2B design tasks as assigned

5. Market Intelligence

• Collect and compile competitors' information, including pricing, promotions, and market activities
