About the Role
Reporting to: Manager, Marketing Business Partner,Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Marketing and Partnership Distribution | Department: Marketing - Proposition Marketing & Brand
Learning Outcomes
- Gain practical understanding of how marketing campaigns are planned and executed across brand, communication, and digital platforms.
- Develop hands-on experience in enterprise website management, content operations, and digital customer experience optimization using CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Job Description
- Support the management and maintenance of website content, including articles, landing pages, images, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with AIA branding and customer experience standards.
- Assist in maintaining website quality and user experience through basic content reviews and testing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support website updates and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, campaign reports, and project documentation to support ongoing initiatives.
- Conduct basic research and support ad-hoc marketing projects.
Qualifications
Skills
- Year 3–4 students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Design, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, website management, or customer experience.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop is a plus.

- Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
