Role Overview
The Project Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, mobilizations, business improvement efforts, and operational performance programs across a complex, multi‑site data center portfolio. This role ensures that projects advance with clarity, governance, and alignment — giving operational teams visibility into priorities, risks, and commitments.
Working closely with Operations, Finance, Culinary, Experience, and Supply Management teams, this leader strengthens consistency, accountability, and execution across the business. Your work will directly influence how teams deliver, scale, and optimize performance across the entire data center ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Lead project delivery — Manage project plans, track risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure initiatives stay aligned with business objectives.
Support mobilizations — Drive readiness plans, maintain mobilization trackers, and support smooth site openings and transitions.
Manage performance dashboards — Track labor, food cost, utilization, OSAT, and operational KPIs to surface trends and improvement needs.
Strengthen governance — Own action trackers, risk logs, and reporting materials that support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Drive operational excellence — Coordinate audits, deploy standards, support new programs, and document best practices across the portfolio.
Enhance accountability — Follow up on commitments, ensure closure, and maintain visibility of priorities across all operational teams
