Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for The Primary Health Network in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience.
- Annual quality and productivity bonus.
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.
- 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match.
- Annual tuition reimbursement up to $2,500.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Practice with clinical autonomy while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and support personnel.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Participate in a quality-focused practice model with performance-based incentive potential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner License.

- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
- New graduates and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.
