Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for The Primary Health Network in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: Starting at $100,000 with higher compensation based on experience.
- Annual quality and productivity bonus.
- Additional compensation for qualifying RN experience.
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages in an established community health practice.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and wellness.
- Practice collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and experienced clinical support personnel.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Participate in a quality-focused practice model with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
- Build lasting patient relationships while serving a mission-driven community.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner License.
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Ability to provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
- New graduates and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.
