Your tasks
As our Senior Service Technician, you’ll be a key technical contact for ICS and a first level support for the local organization.
In this role, you will:
- Execute Service orders as received by central planning team.
- Perform Installation and commissioning of coffee machines.
- Perform operator training on the coffee machine and attachments.
- Prepare coffee recipes and machine programming.
- Perform Planned Maintenance on coffee machines.
- Perform Reactive Maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports (customer service report) for each service order.
- Ensures first level support for the local field service.
- Ensures practical training of technicians in the field.
- Technically guidance of technicians including guided visits.
- Ensures best-practice-sharing between technicians.
- Ensures high quality issues to headquarters.
- Supports service initiatives by account managers, customers, service technicians and partners.
- Ensures service concept is maintained in the field.
- Employes train-the-trainer concept.
- Provide recommendations of product improvement.
- Provide clear feedback to customer on reason for service visit.
- Participates After-hours on-call roster.
- Participation in training, conferences, and trade fairs.
- Communicator to ICS team.
Your profile
About You
- Apprenticeship in mechanical and/or electrical trade.
- Skills in hydraulic, mechanics and electronics.
- Advanced skills in standard computer applications.
- Skills to train others on the job.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a service technician.
- Willingness to travel multiple days at a time.
- Customer orientated, friendly, communicative.
Participation in a training course and regular meetings with ICS
- Maintains up to date information about all technical developments.
- Taking part in a regular Senior Technician meeting with ICS
- Taking part in any kind of training update.
