Coordinate visibility of printers, networks, connectivity, site readiness, local access, and related technical enablement items.
Maintain ownership, due dates, blocker status, escalation path, and resolution progress for infrastructure dependencies.
Testing, Cutover, Hypercare & BAU Stabilization
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care where integration, infrastructure, or BAU dependencies are involved.
Coordinate integration defect and issue resolution across deployment teams.
Support deployment readiness assessments and go-live decision-making.
Ensure BAU support ownership, monitoring needs, operational handover items, and post-go-live stabilization actions are tracked.
