The Transformation Lead identifies and delivers strategic transformation initiatives across the Africa Zone, focused on finance centralisation, AI-led value delivery, process re-engineering, and S/4HANA execution. The role ensures measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, control, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Centralisation programme development and execution (ATR, OTC, PTP, MDM)
AI & automation use case delivery with measurable outcomes
End-to-end process re-engineering and standardisation (L1–L4)
Lead S/4HANA Explore Phase (fit-gap, blueprint, To-Be design)
Project and transition management across finance initiatives
Stakeholder engagement and change management across Africa Zone
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
% processes centralised and stabilised
Cost-to-serve reduction and productivity gains
AI-driven impact (cycle time, manual effort reduction)
Process standardisation and MICS compliance
On-time, on-budget delivery
Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption rates
Experience & Requirements:
8–12 years in transformation, consulting, or finance operations
Experience in ERP (S/4HANA preferred) and centralization programmes
Exposure to multi-country / Africa operations
Technical & Leadership Skills:
SAP S/4HANA (Explore/Design phases)
Process mapping and improvement (L1–L4)
Project management (Agile/Waterfall)
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Results-driven with high ownership
Role Scope & Impact:
Identifies and leads workstreams across multiple countries, delivering measurable transformation outcomes and enabling centralization and digital transformation priorities.
Success Profile:
Delivers tangible business value, drives standardization, embeds AI into operations, and ensures S/4 programmes are business-led and outcome-focused.
