PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and target market segments. 

  • Support growth of existing accounts through cross-selling additional services. 

  • Monitor market trends and competitive actions; share insights with product and management teams. 

  • Assist in developing solutions for target and existing customers. 

  • Build an understanding of assigned accounts, including contacts, commodities/trade lanes, and service requirements. 

  • Contribute to RFQ and bid response strategies. 

  • Provide regular performance metrics to the sales administrator. 

  • Learn pricing structures and cost components for proposed solutions. 

  • Deliver sales presentations, coordinate implementations, and assist with marketing materials. 

  • Maintain accurate customer data in Toll CRM in compliance with company policy. 

  • Work toward designated volume and revenue targets for Toll products. 

  • Manage time and territory effectively to complete regular sales calls for market exposure. 

  • Respond promptly to sales leads and key correspondence. 

  • Manage expenses and company assets in line with corporate guidelines. 

  • Comply with all Toll policies and procedures. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

 

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES 

 

  • Growth in volume, Gross Profit, and revenue aligned with company metrics. 

  • Achievement of agreed service KPIs and customer satisfaction. 

  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data and reporting. 

  • Execution of account development processes. 

  • Successful implementation of SOPs. 

  • Retention and expansion of key customers.
