GEN Aspire, LLC dba Batteries Plus is looking for a motivated Outside Commercial Sales Representative to grow our commercial business. This is a hands-on B2B sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting business owners and decision-makers, uncovering opportunities, and turning those opportunities into long-term customers.

You will take ownership of an assigned territory and be responsible for new customer acquisition, growth of existing commercial accounts, and reactivation of inactive customers. You will build and manage your sales pipeline, prospect through calls and field visits, meet face-to-face with customers, prepare proposals and quotes, follow opportunities through to close, and work closely with our store teams to make sure we deliver for the customers you bring in.

What You Will Do

• Drive profitable commercial sales growth and meet established sales, gross-profit, new-account, and activity goals.
• Prospect consistently through outbound calls, scheduled appointments, field visits, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Build, manage, and convert an active pipeline of qualified opportunities using our CRM.
• Grow and retain existing commercial relationships while reactivating lost or inactive customers.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and bid quotes and follow opportunities from first contact through close and implementation.
• Partner with our store teams to ensure strong execution and customer service.

A True Outside Sales Role - With Structure

You will begin and end each workday in the office, using that time to plan, follow up, prepare proposals, and manage your pipeline. From mid-morning through mid-afternoon, we expect you to be out in the territory - meeting customers, prospecting, developing relationships, and creating business.

Compensation

$45,000-$55,000 annual base salary, based on experience, plus monthly commission.

The position combines the stability of a competitive base salary with the opportunity to increase earnings through sales performance.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales environment.
• A self-starter who is comfortable opening doors, starting conversations, and asking for the business.
• Strong prospecting, negotiating, follow-up, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfort using a CRM to manage activities, opportunities, proposals, and follow-up.
• Ability to understand pricing, gross margin, customer profitability, and basic sales performance metrics.
• Strong organization, communication, energy, persistence, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
